The members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Iota Alpha Omega Chapter are proud to welcome you to our website. Our members are college educated women coming from many diverse backgrounds and industries with a passion to deliver care and assistance to our constituents.
Located in the beautiful Mid-Hudson Valley, NY, our chapter has been dedicated to providing meaningful programming to residents in Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, and Sullivan counties since 1969. Being of “service to all mankind” is at the core of everything we set out to do. Our chapter members have devoted their time and talents to ensuring the communities we serve not only function, but thrive. Whether it is stocking food pantries, or cleaning up a highway, we strive to make fundamental changes to better impact the Mid-Hudson Valley. Each year we partner with organizations throughout the community to bring the best experiences we can through donations and education.
